Minimum Qualifications:

Leadership Experience
2+ Years project Management on Programs $150,000+
Demonstrable knowledge of Software Project Domain
Desire to work in small business environment
Desired Qualifications:

Demonstrable knowledge of Materials Research Domain
Experience with Open Source Project Management tools
B2B interaction experience
Responsibilities:

Develops Work Breakdown Structures with project team and project technical leader
Sequences activities, facilities discussion with project team estimate activity resources and estimate activity durations
Develops project plans
Manages project schedules, including reconciling completed/not completed activities and prospectively communicating upcoming activities to project team members
Presents information to project team leader for the project leader to take action(s) to drive performance of the team
Tracks time and costs for projects
Coach project team member(s) on effective project management principles
Develops project management skill set of the project team members
Independently leads a number of cross-functional projects
Frequently interacts with outside customers. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others
Strong change management skills and demonstrated ability to simplify and improve business processes
Able to take Immediate Action to resolve issues and problems
Participates in Quotes and Cost Estimates for new jobs
